The condo comes with 2 parking spaces. Peak 8 is easily walkable but the free Breckenridge bus stop takes you right up as well and is conveniently located across the street - take the Black route.

Please note our unit is on the third floor and the condo does not have an elevator. You have to walk up 2 flights of stairs inside. Ski lockers are located near the entrance so you won't have to take the skis all of the way up. Bonus to the third floor are the incredible views from the condo and no one is above you, this is the top unit.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $195.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $195.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 15 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 15 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
