For the more adventurous skiers and riders, a ski-in/out access trail is within walking distance, allowing you to ski or ride to the Quicksilver or Beaver Run chairlifts on Peak 9. Ski home from the Flapjack run on Peak 10, a popular trail among neighborhood residents and visitors, offering great fun for intermediate or advanced skiers.

All of our properties come stocked with a basic starter package of paper towels, toilet paper, facial tissue, hand/body soap, conditioning shampoo, dish soap, sponge and dishwasher detergent (this is a 3-4 night supply, guests may purchase additional products locally). Each home is equipped with high-end bed linens and towels. Kitchens are stocked with a coffee maker, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and small appliances.

Driver's license and signed rental agreement required from primary guest.

****ONE small/medium dog (<50 lbs) is allowed to join their families at Timbers at Peak 10 with management approval only, acknowledgement of pet policy, Addition guest will pay a non refundable pet fee. Doggie guest are expected to be well mannered, on leash if out for a stroll in the family friendly neighborhood last but not least well behaved so that we may keep this home and its furnishings in pristine condition. There is a pet fee.

Primary renter required to sign rental agreement and provide photo ID.
A 4WD vehicle is recommended for travel Nov-May or anytime there is inclement weather.

Timbers sits in Upper Warrior's Mark on Peak 10, one of Breckenridge's quietest residential streets, backing up to White River National Forest. The Upper Warriors Mark shuttle runs 8am to 9pm daily through the winter and summer seasons, dropping you near the Peak 9 lifts and Main Street, so you can ski or head to dinner without moving the car. Service pauses during the spring and fall shoulder seasons, so check the Breck Free Ride schedule for your dates.
Strong skiers and riders can walk to the ski-in/out access trail and ride down to the Quicksilver or Beaver Run chairlifts, then ski home on Flapjack, the Peak 10 run the neighborhood uses.
In summer, the national forest behind the neighborhood means hiking and biking trails where you may not see another person. Downtown Breckenridge restaurants, shops, and the rec center are minutes away.
