This home is pet friendly for well-behaved and well-mannered doggies with prior approval and additional $150 pet fee.

Things to keep in mind:
*Only one dog (or two if both are small) allowed with a fee of $150. Dogs are expected to leave no trace.
*Must have All-Wheel or 4WD Vehicle Oct-May.
*The max occupancy is 8 adults and up to 10 if two or more are children. The number of people on the reservation must be honored at all times. If the max occupancy of 8 adults or 10 guests total is exceeded without property management approval, a $500 fee per night, per extra person will be imposed.
