This premium townhome is centrally located in Summit County for skiing at Keystone, Arapahoe Basin, Breckenridge, Copper Mountain and Loveland with quick and super easy access to all main thoroughfares. Only one-quarter mile to the grocery store and major shopping/dining in Dillon, but tucked back into a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood with no thru traffic.

Enjoy the beautiful views of Ptarmigan Mountain from the living room, master bedroom and main level balcony. A gas fireplace in the open concept living/dining area makes meals and movie nights extra cozy for the entire group. The lower level office is the perfect spot to work from home in peace or give the kids their own separate play space and also provides an additional sleeping area. Both master and second bedroom have full size en-suite bathrooms for comfort and privacy and a third full bathroom is located on the main level.

Few vacation homes have brand new furnishings, bedding and housewares, but Valley View is brand new to rental inventory and every item in the home was thoughtfully selected with guest satisfaction in mind. A heated garage will keep your car and gear warm. Parking for one car in garage and one in driveway.

This small mountain neighborhood is perched on Dillon Ridge and overlooks the Ptarmigan cliffs and Dillon Valley. Distance to ski resorts: Keystone 7.8 miles, Arapahoe Basin 12.2 miles, Copper Mountain 12 miles, Breckenridge 15 miles, Loveland 13 miles. Frisco Adventure Park for tubing and first-time skiers is 6 miles away. Dozens of other winter activities are just minutes out your door.
The Colorado Luxe Living staff works and lives in Summit County. We are nearby and easily accessible for questions, issues, or help with activity planning; available for emergency 24/7.

All of our properties come stocked with a basic starter package of paper towels, toilet paper, facial tissue, hand/body soap, conditioning shampoo, dish soap, sponge and dishwasher detergent (this is a 3-4 night supply, guests may purchase additional products locally). Each home is equipped with high-end bed linens and towels. Kitchens are stocked with a coffee maker, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and small appliances.

Minimum age for all guests is 25 except for children or young adults traveling with parents. Two cars max. Max occupancy of 6. No smoking, no pets (but note that homeowners have pets when they occupy the home). Photo ID and signed rental agreement required from primary guest.

*Early Check-In (2pm) or Late Check-Out (12pm) may be available for $50. This will have to be approved by PM due to possible booking conflicts.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 15 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 15 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
