All of our properties come stocked with a basic starter package of paper towels, toilet paper, facial tissue, hand/body soap, conditioning shampoo, dish soap, sponge and dishwasher detergent (this is a 3-4 night supply, guests may purchase additional products locally). Each home is equipped with high-end bed linens and towels. Kitchens are stocked with a coffee maker, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and small appliances. NOTES: Minimum age 25 for all guests except children traveling with parents. Way too many handyman list items.. door locks broken .. bulbs missing .. sinks clogged .. broken stove . This is our 32nd VRBO rental And I was made to feel like I was ‘bothering ‘ manager . I’m not a picky renter just would have liked not to deal with another home owners house handyman issues on my vacation .
- 2023-02-15T04:59:57.852Z · 5.0/5: What a beautiful place to enjoy the snow in the mountains of Colorado!! It was a little treacherous getting there, as it had been snowing most of the day. I do highly recommend following the advice on the best way to arrive at the cabin. We did not, and while we made it, it was much more difficult. This cabin has everything you need, was very clean. The living area was our favorite - kitchen and dining and living were all together. Radiant heating on the floors was SO nice. The windows are fantastic. We were able to enjoy the fireplace, which is a big draw for me. Kitchen is well stocked, my only suggestion - a crock pot would be a nice addition for having supper ready after a day on the slopes. Beds were comfortable, except the one in the loft. A little firm for our taste. It was nice to have the garage for our vehicles in the cold weather. Really the only thing I could come up with as a negative, is the Kleenex and toilet paper were less than ideal. We had a wonderful time. Am thinking about coming back in the summer!!
- 2023-01-18T12:21:06.739Z · 5.0/5: Beautiful 3 bedroom cabin, 1 master bedroom downstairs, and 2 bedrooms upstairs (loft space is apart of room with queen bed). Master has en-suite bathroom, upstairs has shared bathrooms between the 2 rooms.

Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $195.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 15 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 15 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
