Our Highland Greens Townhome is bright, spacious, immaculately clean and comfortable, tucked away in an amazing location overlooked by many Breckenridge visitors, making it an even more special find. Guests have a private hot tub immediately out the door- no running in the cold back to the house! The Highland Greens neighborhood is only 3 miles south of Breckenridge, but walking distance to one of the best sections of the Breck to Frisco Rec Path as well as the free shuttle stop. Across the street from the Breckenridge Golf Course and down the street from the Horseshoe Gulch trail system. Leave the noise and crowds of downtown behind and bask in the peaceful beauty of the Ten Mile Range from the balcony or private hot tub. This neighborhood is quiet year round with little traffic.

You will walk LESS staying at a Highland Greens townhome than at many of the slope-side accommodations during ski season. The neighborhood private shuttle will pick up outside the door and drop your group at any skier dropoff location or Main Street Breckenridge and transport you back home end of day.

This 3-level townhome has the ultimate floor plan with master suite on the top floor, kitchen and living on main/middle floor, and two more bedrooms on lower level. Each room has its own full bathroom, plus a half bath on the main level. The extra deep garage can easily fit longer vehicles plus leave room for toy storage.

All of our homes are stocked with high-quality and full size bathroom essentials, linens and towels.

Our staff lives, works and plays in Summit County. We are available 24/7 for emergencies and love to share insider tips with our guests so you can make the very most of your time in Summit County.

All of our properties come stocked with a basic starter package of paper towels, toilet paper, facial tissue, hand/body soap, conditioning shampoo, dish soap, sponge and dishwasher detergent (this is a 3-4 night supply, guests may purchase additional products locally). Each home is equipped with high-end bed linens and towels. Kitchens are stocked with a coffee maker, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and small appliances.

Minimum age 25 for all guests except for children traveling with parents.
A 4WD vehicle is required for travel Nov-May or anytime there is inclement weather.
Max adults 6.
Photo ID and signed rental agreement required from primary renter.
Two cars max (one in garage and one in driveway in front of garage).
*Early Check-In (2pm) or Late Check-Out (12pm) may be available for $50. This will have to be approved by PM due to possible booking conflicts.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $295.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $295.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 15 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 15 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
